With 25 years of professional healthcare experience, Ms. Pellegrino has established herself as one of New England’s top leaders in affecting organizational change to more effectively and efficiently serve both clients and the businesses with which she is involved. With an educational background that includes a Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University and a Masters in Community Health from New England College, Ms. Pellegrino has been involved in virtually every aspect of health care, from direct clinical work to leading major corporations in business development.
Ms. Pellegrino’s professional accomplishments include building a new treatment concept at Spectrum Health Systems, where she served as Vice President of Business Development. She was the first executive to work in collaboration with the Gloucester Police Angel Program and the Police Assisted Addiction Recovery Initiative (PAARI), and assisted in making both projects nationwide successes in reforming the treatment process. Officials at the state and national level have applauded Ms. Pellegrino as an innovator who is relentless in her pursuit of identifying problems within the healthcare system and finding effective solutions. In 2016, Ms. Pellegrino was tapped to host her own radio talk show, “Airing Addiction”, and subsequently developed Recovery through Fitness, another nationwide program aimed at re-establishing those suffering with substance use disorder, back into their communities, reducing stigma, and raising awareness.
